Your Role:

✔ Provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
✔ Support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
✔ Encourage independence, communication, and social development
✔ Use positive behaviour support approaches to manage and de-escalate behaviours
✔ Be a calm, consistent, and reliable presence when it matters most

What We’re Looking For:

Caring, resilient, and motivated individuals with a genuine passion for supporting young people
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs is desirable—but not essential (full training provided!)
Understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
A positive attitude, patience, and adaptability to different needs and environments

Locations:

Multiple CYP residential service settings – offering variety and valuable specialist experience
