Job Title:L&D SpecialistLocation:Euston / HybridSalary:£45,000Hours:Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00Contract:12 month FTCAbout the RoleWere looking for aL&D Specialistto design and deliver high-impact, practical learning across our estate agency network. This is a hands-on role combining facilitation, coaching, and learning design. All underpinned by a structured skills framework and driven by real business performance outcomes.Youll work closely with leaders and front line teams to build capability in sales, lettings, property management, compliance, and leadership, ensuring learning translates directly into better customer outcomes and stronger commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders and operational managers to identify capability gaps using KPIs, customer insight, and compliance dataTranslate performance data into clear, prioritised learning and development needs aligned to business objectivesDesign and deliver engaging, practical, skills-based training across Sales, Lettings, Property Management, and Branch Management rolesCreate blended learning solutions including workshops, virtual sessions, coaching guides, role plays, job aids, and microlearning contentFacilitate high-impact training sessions focused on real-world application and measurable performance improvementDeliver structured onboarding programmes that accelerate new starter confidence, capability, and speed to competenceSupport acquisition onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of new colleagues into systems, standards, and cultureDesign and deliver targeted performance booster programmes focused on key commercial skills such as conversion, pipeline, and negotiationProvide live coaching in branch environments, including call listening, valuations, shadowing, and structured feedbackEmbed compliance, customer experience, and professional standards across all learning activity (CPRs, AML, TPO/PRS, Propertymark)Measure and evaluate learning impact using behavioral and business metrics, continuously refining programmes to improve performance outcomesSkills & ExperienceProven experience in Learning & Development, estate agency, or a performance-focused training roleStrong track record of designing and delivering training that drives measurable behavioral and performance improvementConfident facilitator with experience delivering engaging, practical, skills-based training in live and virtual environmentsAbility to translate business KPIs, customer insight, and compliance data into clear learning prioritiesStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and operational managersCommercial awareness of estate agency performance drivers including conversion, pipeline management, fees, and customer experienceExperience building blended learning solutions (workshops, digital content, job aids, role play, microlearning)Understanding of onboarding and accelerated performance programmes for new starters and acquisitionsKnowledge of compliance frameworks including CPRs, AML, Estate Agents Act, and industry codes of practiceStrong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate training impact using data and performance metricPerks That Make a Difference:Benefits:Employee assistance programme, competitive holiday allowance + public holidays, charity matching and payroll giving, contribution towards eye care tests, annual flu vaccination vouchers, birthday leave, health cash plan plus a range of other additional benefits that are linked to specific job grades.We are an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from everyone who is excited by the opportunity to join us.
