Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor Location: Barrow-in-Furness, BAE Systems Pay Rate: £35.55 PAYE or £47.86 Umbrella Duration: 12 months Working Arrangements: 3-5 days on site
Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of L&D initiatives that meet the business's strategic priorities. Provide day-to-day guidance and advice to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities. Assist in designing, coordinating, and evaluating training solutions. Maintain accurate records of learning activities and support reporting requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment of L&D activities with organisational objectives. Knowledge Requirements Solid understanding of L&D practices and processes within a business environment. Awareness of how the HR and L&D functions integrate to meet organisational objectives. Knowledge of team roles and how they contribute to shared goals. Understanding of organisational strategy to ensure L&D solutions support business needs.
