Stephen James Consulting is working on behalf of one of our education clients in the search for a Learning & Development Business Partner. This is a national role, offering remote working with travel across the UK, along with regular meetings in Leeds. This role will play a key part in supporting the development of colleagues across a multi-site care and education organisation, driving learning initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and outcomes.
