The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic RCR Learning team. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and RCR Learning colleagues to design and develop visually engaging, interactive online learning resources that support doctors throughout their careers. What you’ll do Scope, design and develop innovative online courses to to meet the needs of our learners (Resident Doctors and Consultants) Facilitate course design workshops with SMEs (doctors and academics), explaining learning design principles and recommending content types which meet busy online leaners’ needs Develop learning design plans, storyboards and scripts for online courses which meet our pedagogical and cost/quality frameworks ...
