What you'll be doing
As a Learning Business Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for a defined business area, ensuring training is planned, delivered, and continuously improving. You will:
Drive learning plan delivery Deploy the annual learning plan for your assigned production area, ensuring training is delivered on time, on cost, and on quality. Work with business focal points to monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and keep learning activities on track. <...
