If you're passionate about driving learning and development initiatives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.The Role of the Learning Business PartnerAs the Learning Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of the company's learning plan across various business areas and production domains. Your key duties will include:Gathering learning needs and priorities from the business, understanding constraints, and leading the deployment of the learning planRegularly monitoring the learning plan and anticipating future learning needsCollaborating with the central learning team to contribute to local and international learning projectsEffectively communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levelsManaging training administration and project management tasksThe Ideal CandidateTo excel in this Learning Business Partner role, you will need:Demonstrated experience in a similar learning and development positionStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and organisational abilitiesProficiency in relevant IT systems and toolsA keen understanding of intercultural awareness and its importanceThis position offers an hourly rate of £23 per hour PAYE or £30.76 per hour Umbrella.
