Our client is a long-established retail brand, looking to hire a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team on a 3 month FTC. About the Role As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in building capability across our clients retail teams. You will deliver engaging learning interventions, coach colleagues in-store, and support retail leadership in enhancing performance and customer experience. This role blends hands-on delivery with development work and requires regular travel across store locations, alongside collaboration with the People team at Head Office.
