We are excited to be searching for a Learning and Development Manager to join the People Team at Gaucho Restaurants. The Learning and Development Manager role is an exciting and multi-faceted one, where you will be a master of creating and delivering multiple projects at all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Manager
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance. They monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends You will be tech savvy as you will be developing and rolling out a new company wide learning platform, whilst also co-ordinating our industry renowned Gaucho LAB and post Lab training courses including coordinating our wider training team. The Learning and Development Manager will assess the needs of the company through collaboration with Head of Departments, observation and side-by-side working using industry knowledge and also creating and delivering bespoke development packages for all departments.
