Manage e-learning platforms, upload courses, and maintain accurate training records. Lead evaluation and reporting of training activities, including attendance and learner hours. Oversee internships, work experience, and apprenticeship programmes from start to finish. Maintain and update internal L&D communications and digital learning content.
