Learning and Development Digital Coach (Maternity Cover) Location : Home-based with occasional UK travel Salary : Up to 33k DOE Contract : Maternity cover - Fixed-Term, Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Learning and Development Digital Coach to join our Learning Studio team on a fixed-term basis! Supporting a portfolio of DEKRA client programmes, you will help drive sustainable performance improvements through engaging and structured coaching sessions, delivered primarily remotely with some in-person interventions. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levelsfrom Area Managers to Sales Executivesto ensure the effective use of programme diagnostics, tools, and content across a variety of business improvement areas. You will also play an important role in shaping and evolving client-specific programme materials. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions (primarily remote) that improve individual and team performance across client programmes. Manage coaching activity from initial engagement through to sustainable results, using structured methods such as GROW and SMART.
