Learning & Development Consultant – Built Environment Division 

Leeds – hybrid

We’re looking for an L&D Consultant who brings creativity, curiosity, and confidence to a fast-moving operational environment. Someone who can switch effortlessly between strategic design and hands-on delivery — and who genuinely enjoys building relationships across all levels of the business.
