The role
As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Learning & Development function, helping to coordinate training activities across the business and ensure accurate and up-to-date training records.
Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager and wider HR team, you will support the smooth running of training courses, induction programmes, and ongoing learning activities.
