With projects primarily based across Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding areas, you will mainly be based in the head office playing a key role in building and developing a team, including mentoring future Quantity Surveyors and supporting recruitment with a clear pathway for progression into a more senior leadership position. xbpsjku

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of Quantity Surveying ideally 7-8 years post grad experience
• Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively

Salary & Package on offer:

• Up to £60,000 plus Car
• Up to 25% bonus
