The role focuses on building high-performance teams, nurturing technical stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation within the partner network. Your Impact Cisco’s Partner network is the life blood of our go-to-market strategy. As a Solutions Engineering Manager you will work alongside partner account teams and leadership to influence technical vision, strategy, and partnership growth. The partner SE team enables partners, supports technical enablement, drives innovation, and bridges the gap between partners and internal engineering teams. Minimum Qualifications

5+ years in a sales or technical leadership role, coaching and career‑developing engineering talent. Strong technical vision and strategy for customer and partner CTO-level priorities. Demonstrated experience in a broad technology organization and understanding of multiple integrations. Ability to present complex topics clearly to business leaders of all levels. In-depth knowledge of high-growth technical sales solution engineering processes and staff development practices.
