Lead Year 6 Teacher (KS2) - September 2026Location: Brent, North West LondonSalary: MPS-UPS + possible TLR (History or Geography)

SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a highly regarded three-form entry primary school in Brent who are seeking an exceptional Lead Year 6 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious KS2 teacher ready to take on a leadership role within Upper Key Stage 2, with the possibility of a TLR linked to either History or Geography for the right candidate.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

* Lead Year 6 teaching and learning within a supportive KS2 team * Deliver engaging lessons that prepare pupils for KS2 SATs and secondary transition * Contribute to the strategic development of the Upper KS2 curriculum * Potentially lead either History or Geography across the school (TLR available) * Support colleagues through collaboration and shared planning

This role would suit an experienced KS2 teacher who is confident teaching Year 6 and leading within a team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) * Has strong Year 6 / Upper KS2 experience * Demonstrates excellent curriculum knowledge and leadership potential * Is passionate about creative and engaging teaching * Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
