What you'll do:
As Lead Nurse, Band 7 , youll be responsible for delivering safe, effective care while leading and supporting your nursing team. Oversee addiction treatment pathways and clinical standards Manage immunisation and harm reduction programmes Develop nurse-led initiatives and support staff training Collaborate with NHS teams across A&E, AMU, and other departments Ensure best practice in line with national guidance
