TJS Solar is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Lead Electrician to join the team.

This is a key role within the business — ideal for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with a premium renewable energy company.

Your Role:

• All electrical aspects of solar PV & battery installations

• Testing, inspection, and certification of installations

• Act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS)

• Oversee electrical standards, compliance, and sign-offs

• Support and guide junior electricians and apprentices

• Work closely with the installation and management team

✅ Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

• 18th Edition (BS7671)

• 2391 (or equivalent) Testing & Inspection qualification

• Eligible to act as NICEIC QS

• Experience signing off domestic (and ideally commercial) work

• Full UK driving licence
