Proven experience applying **modern engineering practices**, including automated testing, TDD, CI, pair programming, code reviews, and strong version control workflows. Strong technical leadership with the ability to **set engineering direction**, bootstrap new projects, and guide multi‐disciplinary teams across the full development lifecycle. Advanced proficiency in Strong knowledge of **testing methodologies**, covering unit, UI, integration, and automated testing frameworks. Solid working knowledge of **SQL**, including complex queries, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and performance optimisation. Experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications on **Windows Server and IIS** environments.
