£80,000-£84,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

We're hiring a Lead Software Engineer to drive the design and delivery of modern, cloud- and Generative AI-enabled platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical excellence with mentoring and strategic influence.

What you'll bring:
\n

\n
10+ years' engineering experience with strong technical leadership background
\n
\n
\n
Expertise in cloud- architecture (Azure / GCP), DevSecOps , and API-first design
\n
\n
\n
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js
\n
\n
\n
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, Kubernetes, SOLID principles
\n
\n
\n
Experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production
\n
\n
\n
Comfortable working with Python and LLMs (deployment, monitoring, integration)
\n
\n
\n
\n

Lead engineering direction for scalable, AI-enabled solutions

Work hands-on building secure, high-quality software

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
