You’ll help foster a culture of inclusion, opportunity, and respect while collaborating with internal and external partners.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute efficient software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to address complex challengesDevelop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by othersIdentify opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues to improve operational stabilityLead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentialsDrive communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote awareness and adoption of new technologiesFoster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectLead delivery of high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark (Core, SQL, Structured Streaming)Orchestrate jobs with Databricks Workflows and integrate with AWS event notification and orchestration as neededDesign secure data ingestion and transformation frameworks leveraging AWS servicesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityAdvanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java full stack, front-end programming such as React, and SQLAbility to work within complex data ecosystems and large business domainsExperience communicating and collaborating with technical and business stakeholdersProficiency in automation and continuous delivery methodsSkilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and securityDemonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile)Practical cloud-native experience, preferably with AWS services such as S3, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch, LambdaExperience in leading or guiding junior developersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsAbility to utilize AI-native workflows for code generationFunctional knowledge of the financial services industryIf you’re looking for a place where your skills are valued and your growth is supported, join us and help shape the future of compliance technology at JPMorganChase.About UsJ.P.
