We’re exclusively partnered with a leading Satellite Communications Engineering organisation in the London area. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly capable R&D function working on next-generation RF systems for satellite communications, aerospace, government, marine and opto-electronic applications.

The Opportunity

As a Lead RF Design Engineer you’ll be driving development across high-frequency RF and microwave systems (10GHz +). You’ll take designs from concept through full product lifecycle including design, development, and lab testing. If you're interested in learning new concepts, working on SDR, RF over fibre, high-frequency designs, this is a rare opportunity to create real-world innovation.

We’re looking for:

• Strong technical background in RF / Microwave Engineering, ideally with Ka-band.
• Experience in design and lab-based testing.
• Degree background in Electronics, RF, Microwave or Wireless Communications.
• Familiarity with RF measurement, simulation and test equipment (VNA, spectrum analysis, modelling tools).

London area - commutable from areas of Hertfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire.
