OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead React Native Developer to take a senior leadership role across multiple development squads working on a mobile application focused on tracking stock market trading activity.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and oversee 3 development squads, each consisting of 46 developers plus a QA. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality delivery. Drive best practices in React Native development, architecture, and performance optimisation. Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables. Ensure efficient team workflows, sprint planning, and progress tracking across all squads. Guide the team in delivering a robust, scalable mobile application for stock market tracking. Required Experience

Proven experience leading large teams or multiple development squads in a fast-paced environment. Strong expertise in React Native, including architecture, performance, and app optimisation. Background in mobile app delivery from concept through to production. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments.
