Product Lead - Software Solutions

Location: Milton Keynes- Hybrid working- 2 days a week onsite

Salary: £80-90k

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to define and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our innovative software solutions. You'll lead the full product lifecycle - from market research and ideation through to launch - ensuring products meet customer needs, drive growth, and stand out in the market.

What you'll do:

• Shape product strategy and roadmap based on market insight, customer needs, and business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery
• Use analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions and optimise product performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and alignment
• Drive go-to-market strategies that maximise adoption and impact

What you'll bring:

• Proven track record in commercial product strategy and lifecycle management
• Strong Agile/Lean delivery experience
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Skilled at influencing executives and managing stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with excellent market and customer insight
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software (desirable)
