We are actively recruiting for a Lead PCB Solder Processing Engineer to join our team in Cheltenham. This is a great opportunity for an experienced process engineer to come on board and utilise their experience in PCB Manufacturing to identify and facilitate the delivery of process improvements, lead & co-ordinate complex shop floor issues that will help determine the most effective and lean method of manufacture.

This role will oversee a small team prioritised on improving all our solder processes. It is essential that candidates have an in-depth knowledge of these processes and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities Own all solder process within the PCB manufacturing shop. Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements across all owned processes.
