The Opportunity This is a key role at the heart of our operations ideal for someone with solid experience in payroll admin or finance admin who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll be supporting payroll administration for two busy branches (Maidstone & Felixstowe), taking ownership of key admin and payroll tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Managing weekly payroll admin processes for temporary candidates across both branches, confirming hours and costs with clients and and dealing with queries or any issues. Act as the main liaison between the branch and our internal finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing. Work as a branch team to provide telephone/operational support to ensure first class customer service to our candidates and clients. Assist with office, recruitment, and admin duties as needed.
