We’re looking for a Lead Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our growing Endoscopy service. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping an outstanding patient experience while leading and developing a talented multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Lead Nurse / ODP, you will:

Inspire and support your team to deliver safe, high‑quality endoscopy care
Act as a visible leader and role model—someone colleagues can turn to
Drive continuous improvement and help shape how the service evolves
Support learning, development, and performance across the team
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure resources are managed effectively to deliver a smooth, patient‑centred service
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

NMC registration as a Nurse or HCPC registration as an ODP
Strong leadership experience within an Endoscopy setting (Band 7 level or equivalent)
A passion for high‑quality, patient‑focused care
Confidence communicating at all levels
Calmness, resilience, and clarity in challenging situations
A commitment to continuous learning and development—for yourself and others
