Lead Mechanical Engineer\nAbout the Role: As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.\nThis job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.\nWhat You'll Do:\n * Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.\n * Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.\n * Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.\n * Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.\n * Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.\n * Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.\n * Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.\n * Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.\n * Impact the quality of own work.\n * Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.\n * Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.\nWhat You'll Need:\n * High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.\n * Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.\n * Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.\n * Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.\n * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
