We are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Chelmsford seeking an exceptional Lead Maths Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to make a real impact within the department and across the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics up to KS5 with outstanding subject knowledge.
• Provide strong behaviour management in the classroom.
• Act as a mentor to teachers within the department, offering guidance and support.
• Contribute to the development and success of the Maths department and the wider school as a senior teacher.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Maths up to KS5.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire both students and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
