* Leading a team of shift engineers

* Developing the team

* Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness

* Maintenance and repairs on production machinery

* Ensuring H&S procedures are followed

* Provide technical support when required

* Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
