Site Engineer Commercial Building Maintenance | Southwark, London Salary: £50,000 Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Site Engineer to be based in the Southwark, London. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications. Duties as Site Engineer: Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of 2 x high-end residential towers. Single-person site though there is an engineer on the site next door + an apprentice to assist you. Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders. Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints. Computer literacy & timely communication. Site Engineer - Requirements: 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical). Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence. Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
