Lead Maintenance Engineer


A fantastic opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Engineer has arisen to work for an international organisation based in the Dartford area.


Location – Dartford, Kent

Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 basic + Great package

Hours – (Monday – Friday, days only with flexible hours)


Skills required for the role of Lead Maintenance Engineer -

  • Leading a team of shift engineers
  • Developing the team
  • Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness
  • Maintenance and repairs on production machinery
  • Ensuring H&S procedures are followed
  • Provide technical support when required
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
