- £48,000 31 Days Holiday 6% Pension Medical Life Assurance Hereford Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with an engineering qualification, looking for a leading role within a busy production site, within one of the largest companies in the UK? Are you looking to work Monday to Friday, days-only, for a company who will continue to invest in you with extra courses to aid your development? In this role you will be overseeing a small team of 6 Engineers, including Apprentices, playing a large part in the training, coaching and development of them.

You will be planning maintenance schedules, reliability projects, and overall reducing downtime within a busy production site.

This company are market leading in their field, supplying their food products to countless restaurants and supermarkets across the UK.

This role would suit an Engineer who has experience overseeing a small team, looking for a role involved in maintenance and reliability for a nationally recognised company.
