Permanent London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT): Fashion Street – 3-5 Fashion Street, London - E1 6PX About the role The Lead IQA will coordinate internal quality assurance processes for Hairdressing and Hair & Media Make-Up provision, ensuring compliance with awarding body standards, EFI Group policies, and other external regulatory body requirements (i.e. Ofsted). The post holder will maintain and promote the highest standards of assessment, and support curriculum development and staff CPD to assure ongoing best practice. This role is within EFI Group; however, the primary focus will be to oversee the assessment framework at the London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT). About you Qualifications:  Level 3+ vocational qualification in Hairdressing, or Hair & Media Make-up, Assessor Qualification (TAQA) and Internal Quality Assurance qualification (IQA) .
