Lead Software Engineer (C# / .NET) Manchester | Hybrid (2 days per week) Up to £80,000 base + 20% bonus
Were partnering with a scaling SaaS enterprise undergoing a significant technology transformation and are looking to appoint a Lead Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping a core, revenue-critical platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys setting engineering direction, raising standards, and leading by example while still remaining close to the code.
The Opportunity Youll join a highly capable product-led engineering function working on enterprise-grade, cloud-native systems used at scale. The platform is actively evolving, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
As Lead Engineer, youll act as the technical authority within the team influencing architecture, guiding delivery, and mentoring engineers while collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and senior stakeholders.
