Responsibilities of the Estimator:

Preparation of tenders to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements, setting priorities. Prepares construction budget by studying design information; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each element of the projects. Evaluating offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and project requirements.
