Lead Engineer West London (Residential Site) up to £50,000 P/A

Youll be a solo FM Engineer, responsible for various hands-on maintenance, whilst also managing sub-contractors. Some of your other duties will include:
Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.
Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
Calling out for escalations
Whats On Offer:
Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Holiday Entitlement: 26 Days + Bank Holidays
Pension: 3% Pension Contribution
Overtime Opportunities: Additional earning potential through overtime.
Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience
Mech Level 2 or Elec Level 3
Ability to work independently but also manage sub-contractors where required.
