As a Lead Electronics Engineer , you will play a senior technical role in the design and development of high-power electronic subsystems, working on next-generation technologies used in defence, aerospace, and security applications. Based in Great Baddow with a hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite) , this role offers the opportunity to act as a technical authority, guide delivery teams, and support the growth of advanced electronics capability within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
