This is a hands-on, leadership-level role for someone who wants to make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing Leading end-to-end electronics projects: hardware, firmware, embedded systems, and control. Taking ownership of designs from concept through to delivery and customer integration. Mentoring junior engineers and apprentices, helping shape the next generation of talent. Interfacing directly with customers to gather requirements and troubleshoot in the real world. Driving technical decisions, risk assessments, and project planning.
