Position: Lead Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire Salary: Up to £48,000 Basic Salary Extensive Training Provided About the Role: Are you an experienced electrical supervisor ready for a new challenge? We are seeking a qualified lead engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments.

This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date Computer literate Client facing skills to communicate with the client Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.

Package & Benefits: Competitive basic salary of up to £48,000 Training Provided Monday
- Friday, 8am to 5pm Large amounts of Overtime Available Requirements: Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).

Previous experience as a time-served lead or supervisor.

4 years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.

Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.

Paying up to £48,000 P/A & other company related benefits. xbpsjku
