We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to take ownership of all electrical building services across a large, complex healthcare estate in West London. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who thrives in a highly technical, compliance-driven environment and enjoys leading a small team to deliver exceptional service within a critical setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead day-to-day electrical maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across the site, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.\n\nOversee a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring and daily task allocation.\n\nManage PPM schedules, reactive works and statutory compliance activities for all electrical systems.\n\nEnsure all works comply with HTMs, electrical safety regulations and internal procedures.\n\nSupport projects, upgrades and lifecycle replacements of electrical assets.\n\nLiaise with clinical users, contractors and management to maintain a safe and efficient environment.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation, reporting and asset records.\n\nParticipate in on-call rota to support critical services.\n\nRequirements\n\nRecognised electrical apprenticeship and relevant Level 3/Level 4 electrical qualifications.\n\n18th Edition certification (essential).\n\nStrong experience working in hospital or healthcare environments-understanding of HTMs and critical systems is essential.\n\nProven people leadership or supervisory experience.\n\nExcellent knowledge of LV systems, emergency lighting, standby power and control systems.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a live, high-pressure environment.\n\nGood communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.\n\nRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
