We are looking for a Lead Electrical Design Engineer for a highly technical engineering business delivering complex, safety-critical systems. You will be leading the Electrical Team while remaining technically hands-on — owning system architectures, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance across projects.

Responsibilities:
