Lead CI/CD Transformation: Guide teams through the three‑phase pipeline adoption journey — build, deployment, and production release — ideally using GitLab. Promote trunk‑based development, high test coverage, and quality gates across teams with varying levels of readiness. AWS Expertise: Hands‑on experience with key AWS services including S3, EC2, ECS, ECR, VPC, IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Glue, and Step Functions. Application Modernisation: Ensure evergreen pipelines with integrated vulnerability verification, estate management, and cyber checks as part of release pipelines. Manage areas where compliance is not achieved and ensure visibility of progress.
