Own and evolve the DevOps strategy across both Azure and AWS environments. Lead infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, cost optimizations, disaster recovery planning, and security hardening. Modernize legacy systems , working across inherited Azure environments with .NET and Ruby stacks. Drive IaC adoption , particularly Terraform, across all environments. Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure CI / CD pipelines are robust, scalable, and secure. Define and enforce DevOps best practices, helping the team move faster without compromising reliability or compliance. Be our go-to DevOps authority , mentoring engineers and advocating for infrastructure excellence.

About you

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles, including project leadership . Deep experience with Azure , AWS , and hybrid cloud environments. Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. Solid experience with CI / CD , observability tooling, incident response, and automated deployments. Comfort navigating and improving legacy infrastructure and multi-language environments (.NET and Ruby). A security-first mindset with experience implementing secure cloud architectures. A proactive approach to cost management and optimization. Strong communication and leadership skills – you’ll be expected to drive initiatives, not just participate in them.
