About the Role: As a Lead Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of technical management for customer orders within a project team. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders will be essential in delivering economical and timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee technical management of projects to meet client expectations and internal procedures. Act as the primary technical point of contact for project teams. Participate in tender-to-project handover meetings and lead project kick-offs and reviews. Conduct site surveys, adhering to health and safety regulations. optimise project budgets by utilising standard parts and designs. Lead design review meetings, ensuring thorough communication of technical information. Produce various technical drawings including circuit diagrams, cable schedules, and interface drawings.
