Lead Chiller Engineer / Fleet Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Chiller Engineer to take operational ownership of our fleet of chillers, air-handling units and pumps, ensuring all assets are fully maintained, compliant, and ready for hire - particularly during peak seasonal demand.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining engineering expertise, fleet management and team development, with responsibility for productivity, technical standards and equipment availability.

About the Role

You will lead a small team of Chiller Engineers, overseeing workload allocation, performance, and technical output. You'll ensure all equipment is repaired, maintained, winterised and prepared to a high standard before returning to the fleet.

You'll act as a technical authority on our chiller range, supporting internal teams with product knowledge, documentation accuracy and fault diagnosis, while managing spares, stock levels and parts ordering across depot and field operations.

This role is key to driving operational excellence and ensuring our customers receive reliable, well-presented and fully compliant equipment.
