Lead Building Services Engineer\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Building Services Engineer to join our agency team on a high-profile static site in Central London. This role combines hands-on engineering duties with team leadership and statutory compliance, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable site operation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on electrical systems and mechanical plant\nFault find and repair building services systems including HV, LV, HVAC, and associated plant\nUndertake minor works including lamping, basic plumbing repairs, and component replacements\nLead and support a team of engineers on site, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, providing day-to-day direction, mentoring, and performance oversight\nReview and complete RAMS, ensuring all works are carried out safely\nEnsure all engineering activities meet statutory and site compliance requirements\nSupport incident investigations and implement corrective actions where required\nAct as the main point of contact on site for technical issues and escalationsRequirements\n\nProven experience in a Lead Engineer / Supervisor role within Building Services\nStrong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems maintenance\nExperience carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault finding\nBe a commutable distance of Central London\nAbility to lead engineers while remaining actively involved in day-to-day engineering tasks\nExperience completing and reviewing RAMS\nStrong client-facing and communication skillsLead Building Services Engineer: - Up to £55,000 basic + Package\n Contact Nikki at Tech-People (phone number removed) the specialist recruitment agency and business within HVAC, M&E and Utilities\n \n Tech-people are the leading recruitment business and agency within M&E and Construction\n We are committed to attracting and providing a diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which our clients and stakeholders operate, helping to facilitate an environment that enables everyone to fulfil their potential
