Lead Behaviour Mentor – The Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Behaviour Mentor to lead on behaviour intervention strategies across the school. You’ll support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, working closely with SLT, class teachers, and inclusion leads to ensure behaviour policies are implemented consistently and effectively.
