I am currently partnering with a logistics organization that is looking to bring in an L&D Partner to their team — it's a positive sign when organizations invest in their employees' development!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? I am seeking a practical, people-focused L&D Partner to lead on delivering effective, on-the-ground training and development across a busy logistics operation.

You will be involved in onboarding new starters, supporting team leaders with coaching and upskilling, ensuring everyone has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.

This is a permanent role, working on a hybrid basis in Leicestershire.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring site compliance and process suitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and SLT members
• Conducting learning needs analysis to understand employee requirements
• Delivering engaging training programs to employees and managers
• Implementing strategic L&D projects, including onboarding and succession planning
• Serving as the main point of contact for training and L&D queries

Candidate requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience in L&D or training roles
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar industries
• Strong relationship-building skills and adaptability
• Ability to commute within Leicestershire
