This role sits in our UK Learning & Developing team and is responsible for delivery of all learning programmes in the UK.
The role involves managing a small team of UK based learning professionals in the delivery excellence team. You will work closely with a shared services team who will support administration, transactions and learner queries as part of the end to end learning delivery. You will deploy global and local learning solutions at scale at all grade levels, ensuring consistency and quality across the learning portfolio, aligning to business priorities.
This is a high-profile role, delivering the learning solutions and creating exceptional learner experiences with the right set up, the right volume, the right experience. Having the ability to deploy global and local learning solutions at scale.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, external venues, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency of delivery excellence across all learning offers and skill dimensions.
- Deliver the Magic: Organise, coordinate, and deliver effective learning experiences.
- Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of business needs, skills dimensions, program content, learning ecosystems, and solutions.
- To be inquisitive: track and analyze KPIs, data and insights to look for constant improvement and simplification to feed back into the learning value wheel.
- Impact: Ensuring the impact of learning delivery is simple to understand and easily mapped to business priorities for visibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Ensuring our learning delivery function is seeking to continually improve, innovate and seeking opportunities for efficiency and simplification.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who is agile with a can-do attitude, you thrive in complex environments and easily switch between working collaboratively, independently, with cross-functional teams, or remotely:
- Experience working on and delivering L&D programmes in a large matrixed organisation.
- You will have a passion for people and building highly effect effective delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels and influencing skills.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring business impact and support of the talent agenda.
- You are highly proficient in using program management tools and techniques, setting up local processes and approaches to deliver effectively as a team.
- You can keep broad oversight of tasks while enabling and guiding your team to deliver their individual requirements.
- You confidently anticipate the needs and expectations of your specific audience and guide your teams to prioritize as necessary due to changing needs.
- Ability to deliver reliable data insights to support decision making and strategies, with easy to understand visualisation and story-telling.
- You can see the bigger picture, but retain a key eye for detail.
- Extensive experience presenting to, interacting with, and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in managing complex learning demand and budgets
- Experience of working with and ensuring your team has repeatable and auditable financial control processes to support the purchase of goods and services.
- Experience of managing 3rd Party vendors from selection, onboarding, measuring, governance and control.
- Experience in team management and a passion for development of their own and others career.
- Understand how to effect change by implementing strategies that help people adapt to those changes to achieve their desired learning outcomes.
- Communication with impact with stakeholders (in country executive level, SMEs and team members) and to be able to advise with clarity on learning strategy to deliver against business expectations
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges that may arise
- The ability to be agile to changing priorities, project requirements, and business needs whilst keeping current learning solutions running smoothly.
- You are highly proficient in using program management tools and techniques, setting up local processes and approaches to deliver effectively as a team in a
- consistent way.
- You can keep broad oversight of tasks while enabling and guiding your team to deliver on commitments.
- You will have a passion for DEI and social mobility.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
